Going on a vacation to Rome? One of Rome’s many places to visit is the famous shopping street Via Veneto. This street is named after the battle of Vittorio Veneto, and during the 1960’s till 1970’s this was the hot spot in Rome. The street is packed with various bars, cafes and restaurants – so put on your finest clothes and take a walk along the trendy street!

The Via Veneto in Rome is the street where famous Italian filmmaker Federico Fellini shot most of his scenes to the renowned 60’s European movie “La Dolce Vita” starring Anita Ekberg and Marcello Mastroianni.
